TOM WALKER
Principal | Solicitor
Tom has over 40 years in legal experience after being admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in the 1970's. Over many years Tom has advised clients on the Northern beaches and across Sydney on all aspects of Property Law and Conveyancing and their general legal matters. Tom provides practical, efficient and cost effective advice.
KAREN DUFFY
Licensed Conveyancer | Justice of the Peace
Karen has been a part of the team at TH Walker since June 2019. Karen is a licensed conveyancer and completed her Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing with Sydney Institute of Technology in 2005. With a strong background in all facets of conveyancing and office administration, Karen continues to strive for excellence in client communication, thorough follow through with focus on attention to client’s needs. Karen has also been a Justice of Peace for over 30 years.
MEGAN PENNY
Trust & Office Account Manager
Megan has been working for TH Walker for more than 15 years, initially part time and now full time responsible for all the Office Administration and Trust Accounting. Her role includes looking after the Trust and Controlled Monies accounts and working with Tom Walker on the day to day running of the office.
SHARON MELVILLE
Probate & Justice of the Peace
Sharon has been working for TH Walker for more than twenty years, during that time she has assisted Tom with conveyancing and general administration and paralegal work. In the last ten years Sharon works part time to assist Tom Walker with all Estate and Probate matters. She is extremely proficient and experienced in assisting our clients through the probate process. Sharon is always ready to assist our clients however she can.
SUE DAVIS
Senior Paralegal
Sue has worked with Tom for more than thirty years, she is a highly experienced Paralegal and looks after all of our post exchange administration work, she also manages all of TH Walker’s safe custody documents and processes. Sue works on Tuesdays and Thursdays
WENDY WILLSHER
Licensed Conveyancer | Justice of the Peace
Wendy has been working with Tom for more than thirty years, she is an extremely experienced Licensed Conveyancer. Wendy looks after a lot of the pre purchase contract reviews as well as off the plan purchases. She is very proficient with LEAP software and within the PEXA workspace. Wendy is also a Justice of the Peace.
MATT SEVERINO
Licensed Conveyancer | Justice of the Peace
Matt completed his Conveyancing Law and Practice at Macquarie University and is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer. He is responsible for all Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, from pre-exchange of contracts, negotiations through to settlement. Matt has an extensive knowledge of the PEXA platform and is able to assist clients with all matters relating to property transactions. Matt is client orientated, has a strong work ethic, efficient and is a well organised team member. He responds quickly to enquiries and maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Matt is also a Justice of the Peace.
DIANA BRYANT
Senior Paralegal
Dianna has been working with TH Walker for five years, she has assisted in the areas of conveyancing, general secretarial, Wills, Power of Attorneys and Enduring Guardianships preparation through to finalisation. Dianna is one of our front office staff who assists with the day to day phone communications and office appointments.
KELLY ESPOSITO
Senior Paralegal
Kelly has been working with TH Walker for 27 years. During her employment she has always assisted our clients in the area of conveyancing, secretarial administration, leases and paralegal administration work. She has a wealth of knowledge to assist our clients with all stages of conveyancing. She works in the office on Mondays and Fridays.
